29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, structure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used. Construction Site - On or about May 8, 2018 the scaffold used by the employees did not have safe access for entering or exiting the scaffold platforms.

Construction Site - On or about May 8, 2018, employees were exposed to head injuries while tossing bricks from the ground to an employee on the first tier scaffold platform and while working below the brick masons without wearing hardhats. Bobby Brown DBA Brown Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 940662, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 15, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 113 Edgewood Drive, Madison, MS 39110.
