29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about June 7, 2018, employees working in the production area are exposed to trip hazards as well as fire and smoke hazards where the fire extinguisher: (a) near the exit door in Building B, was blocked by a pallet and debris (b) near the shaker in Building B, was not mounted and blocked (c) in Building A, was not identified and slightly blocked by work table
