29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: On or about 08/13/13 at Tucker, GA: Employees were exposed to fire related hazards. The lock on the main entrance and exit door was inoperable, and could not be unlocked to provide employees a means to egress from the inside of building. The employer failed to maintain the exit door in an operable condition.
