To abate this hazard in the future, the employer must ensure that employees are protected from the hazard of falling by the use of fall protection devices.   This employer has been cited for this practice that included:   Ziggy's Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1261655, citation 1, item 2, and was affirmed as a final order on or about January 18, 2018, with respect to a worksite located at 904 David Lane, Elk Grove Village, Illinois.  Ziggy's Roofing, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1085389, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on or about February 24, 2016, with respect to a worksite located at 760-770 Stonewall Court, Schaumburg, Illinois.
