29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the location of 705 Laurel St in Gardner KS, employees engaged in roofing work on a steep roof (10 in 12) were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that fall protection was not utilized to keep them from falling.
