29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: Hoisting area, front side: There were no rebar caps/guards on at least four, 1/2-inch diameter rebar that protruded approximately 28 to 36 inches from the surface. Employees were exposed to trip and impalement hazards.
