29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: Manufactured Housing Enterprises, Inc. - Bryan, Ohio: On or about June 1, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the hood guard on the Delta table saw, located in the saw shop, completely enclosed the portion of the saw above the table and was mounted to resist forces applied to the side. The side movement and openings in the guard exposed employees to amputation injury.
