29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i):The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees: a) Manufactured Housing Enterprise, Inc. on or about January 8, 2025, at the location of 09302 US Hwy 6 Bryan, Ohio : The employer did not ensure employees performing lockout covered task on the Delta table saw located at Station 5 of plant 2 were adequately trained in the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices. Employee tasked with cleaning saw dust from underneath the table saw without the benefit of this training were exposed to laceration hazards.

Saw operators tasked with cleaning the Delta table saw at Station 5 in Plant 2 without the benefit of energy isolation were exposed to caught in and laceration hazards.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3):Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator. a) Manufactured Housing Enterprise, Inc. on or about January 8, 2025, at the location of 09302 US Hwy 6 Bryan, Ohio: The employer did not ensure kickback fingers were in place to protect employees from kickback of material when hand feeding the table saw . Due to this condition, operators tasked with rip cutting OSB material on the Delta table saw at station 5 in plant 2, were exposed struck by hazards.
