29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or other approved alternative fall protection system:      (a) M & M General Construction LLC, 2443 98th Pl., Thornton, CO 80229 On or before June 25, 2018, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee performing roofing work on the roof having a 5-in-12 slope, and having an unprotected side or edge which was six feet or more above a lower level, was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. This condition exposed the employees to falling from roof elevations up to 15 feet from the eave to the ground.
