This was most recently observed on August 7, 2019, at 3662 Desert Ridge Place in Castle Rock, Colorado, 80108, when employees of M&M General Construction LLC, were reroofing a house without fall protection at heights greater than 6 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet). M&M General Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1325456, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/07/18 with respect to a workplace located at 2443 98th Place in Thornton, Colorado.
