29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 29, 2018, the employer failed to ensure that employees performing roofing work were protected from falling. Employees were performing roofing work on a building with an 8 x 12 pitch and at a height of approximately 11 feet to the eave. Adequate fall protection was not used.
