Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not ensure that all employees working on the roof single family residential home were protected from a fall of approximately 21.5 feet by utilizing a fall protection system. MEJIA ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(B)(11) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1326767, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on (7/16/2018), with respect to a workplace located at Lot 10C, 34580 Jude CT, Willoughby, Ohio 44094.
