29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) would be met a) Production Area: A written hazard communication program had not been developed for employees using chemicals such as but not limited to, NAPTHA when cleaning off the Clam Machine plate. on or about 6/18/18. b) Digital Press Department: A written hazard communication program had not been developed for employees using chemicals such as but not limited to, Uvijet Onset OW004 Black ink (carcinogen) and anti-freeze on the digital press machine. On or about 6/18/18. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
