29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and safety monitoring system: a) On July 18, 2018, employees performing roofing work on a low sloped roof were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately three stories without the benefit of fall protection. JFR Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1172074, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 5, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 24216 Lockport Rd., Plainfield, IL 60585.
