29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  PUMP HOUSE:  On or about July 9, 2018, the Pump House was designated as a temporary storage area for obsolete chemicals that were going to be disposed of through a hazardous waste contractor.  These chemicals included, but were not limited to hydrofluoric acid.  Employees were not effectively informed of the hazards of the chemicals.
