29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iii):Internal parts of electrical equipment, including busbars, wiring terminals, insulators, and other surfaces, were damaged or contaminated by foreign materials such as paint, plaster, cleaners, abrasives, or corrosive residues:  Pre-Finishing Department, Gate Grind:  On, or about, July 28, 2020, electrical boxes mounted on the wall behind the Bader belt grinders had conductive metal dust accumulated on and inside of the enclosures.  The conductive dust was created a spark potential that could damage the internal components within the enclosures and expose those working and walking around the enclosures to the hazards created by an electrical fire or explosion.
