29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: The employer is failing to protect employees from a fall hazard while performing roofing operations. This was most recently observed at 1405 Fort Crook Road, Bellevue, Nebraska on August 28, 2018 when 5 employees were observed installing shingles on a commercial structure and they were not using fall protection. The eave height was 14'9" and the roof pitch was 4:12.
