29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a) Exterior Framing Work: Employees engaged in framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet above the lower surface, without the use of a personal fall arrest system. The employer did not ensure that affected employees were provided with a personal fall arrest system, or other means of fall protection, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about 9/4/18.     Cariamanga Framing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1002165, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 3rd, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 181 Clayton Terrace, Paramus, NJ.

Cariamanga Framing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1002165, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 3rd, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 181 Clayton Terrace, Paramus, NJ.
