29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system : a- Roof Level: Employees engaged in framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 ft to the ground below while positioned at the unprotected framed edge in which a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition noted on or about 10/07/2019. Cariamanga Framing LLC was previously cited for repeat violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1293013 and 1346625. In regards to Inspection Number 1293013, Citation #02, Item # 001, was issued on 04/25/2018 to a workplace located at 72 Undercliff Ave, Edgewater NJ 07020. This citation became a final order on 06/28/2019. In regards to Inspection Number 1346625, Citation #01, Item # 01, was issued on 10/16/2018 to a work place located at 264 Addison Place, Paramus NJ 08652. This citation became a final order on 06/28/2019
