Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a. 144 Haase Ave, PARAMUS, NJ: Employee engaged in roof activities on a gable roof in which a means of fall protection was not being utilized exposing the employee to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the concrete below. Observed on or about 03/18/2023   Cariamanga Framing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1475446, citation number 1, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/25/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 43 Lilac Street, Bergenfield, NJ.  Cariamanga Framing, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1435929, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 30, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at, 604 Mazur Avenue, Paramus, NJ.
