Samuel, Son & Co., Inc., Eyewash station next to the Shear department, on or about September 11th, 2018 and times prior thereto: The self-contained eyewash station in the Shear department area was not in compliance with ANSI/ISEA 358.1-2014 for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment in that: 1) Visual inspections of the eyewash unit was not being conducted weekly to verify proper operation.
