29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice:    (a) On or about October 23, 2018, In the plasma cutting department/area, the employer did not ensure that the walking working surface where employees operated an overhead crane to load 4 x 8 sheets of metal for cutting, was maintained free of trip hazards which exposed employees to trip and fall hazards.  The table used as the walking-working surface consisted of steel flat stock that was approximately one-eighth inch thick and spaced approximately four inches apart. .
