29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) The employer does not ensure that employees are not exposed to injuries from falls, while conducting roofing activities, on or about September 13, 2018, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in roofing activities were protected from injuries from falls in excess of 6 feet by a fall protection system.  Valencia Roofing, LLC was previously cited as Valencias Roofing, LLC for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1276584, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 13, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 3380 Tail Spin Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80911.  Valencia Roofing, LLC was previously cited as Valencias Roofing for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1009270, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 06, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 344 Shawnee Lane, Superior, CO 80027.  Valencia Roofing, LLC was previously cited as Valencias Roofing for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1066886, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 10, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5220 Boardwalk Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525.  Valencia Roofing, LLC was previously cited as Valencias Roofing for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 991154, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 09, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 6002 S Zante Cir., Aurora, CO 80015.
