29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): A portable ladder was used for access to an upper landing, and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing, and was not secured: a) 2719 Garden Dr Fort Collins, CO 80526: On November 21, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet to the ground while accessing/egressing the roof. The ladder was not secured at its top to a rigid support, and a grasping device, such as a grabrail, was not provided to assist employees in mounting and dismounting the ladder.
