29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: 1 Pleasant Valley Road, Sutton, MA: On or about September 17, 2018 employees were observed engaged in electric arc welding activities and were not provided with welding coats or leathers to protect them from ultra violet radiation and welding splatter hazards.. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).

29 CFR 1926.760(c)(3): The boundaries of a CDZ shall be designated and clearly marked. The CDZ shall not be more than 90 feet (27.4 m) wide and 90 (27.4 m) feet deep from any leading edge. The CDZ shall be marked by the use of control lines or the equivalent. 1 Pleasant Valley Road, Sutton, MA: On or about September 17, 2018 the employer had not clearly marked and designated the boundaries of a CDZ while employees were installing roof decking sheets. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
