Deerfield Academy Wellness Center (being constructed), Deerfield, MA: On or about October 17, 2018 two employees were observed to have the snaphooks of their retractable lifelines attached to the snaphooks of their 6 foot webbed lanyards. Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
