29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: On or about 09/25/2018, employees working for D-7 Construction were exposed to a possible eye injury while working on the roof of a residential structure located at 714 Tinsley Court (Lot 16), Cottleville, MO. They were not wearing eye protection while roofing a newly constructed residential structure. D-7 Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1264837, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/08/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 805 Topsfield Drive, Lake St. Louis, MO.
