29 CFR 1915.81(b)(1)(iv): Walkways: The employer shall ensure that each walkway is clear of hoses and electrical service cords. On or about October 3, 2018, employees were inhibited from safely egressing their work area by a 10 gauge SO electrical cable that had been slung across an open walkway and into a portal opening. The cable was suspended around the head and neck level of employees working in the area.
