29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Molding department - On September 24, 2018 and at times prior to the employer allowed its employees to be exposed to hazardous energy when performing service and maintenance of molding machines such as but not limited A-10 and the employer had not developed specific procedures which identified all the sources of energy such as the thermal energy from the molten plastic material in the barrel of the molding machine. Arkal Automotive USA, Inc. was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(I) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 138978 citation number 01 item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2018 with respect to a workplace at 2490 Innovation Drive Auburn, AL..
