29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Front of Structure, 2nd Floor Roof: Employees engaged in residential framing work were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 18 feet where they were not protected by guard rail system, personal fall arrest system, safety net, or other feasible means of fall protection, on or about 10/11/2018. Pumma Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501.(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1331850, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/28/18, with respect to a workplace located at 1402-1412 Travern Road, Monroe Township, NJ.
