29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 51 Sullivan Way, Block 15.20, Marlton NJ: Workers, not using fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below when walking and working at and near unprotected edges while performing framing and other related activities. Condition observed on or about 11/28/18. Pumma Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1331850, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/18, with respect to a workplace located at 1402-1412 Tavern Road, Monroe Twp. NJ.
