29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 1175 Woodlane Rd., Eastampton, NJ : On or about 3/18/2019, Pumma Construction Inc. employees were walking the third floor exterior wall top plates while installing fourth floor joists /trusses. They were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 25 feet to the ground below. Pumma Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a REPEAT violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1362878, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/26/19, with respect to a workplace located at 51 Sullivan Way, Block 15.20, Marlton NJ Pumma Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1331850, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/18, with respect to a workplace located at 1402-1412 Tavern Road, Monroe Twp.
