29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    On or about October 9, 2018, at 12403 Grand Oaks Dr, Davie FL 37330, an employee securing a tie beam from the exterior top plate of a new residence without the use fall protection was exposed to a 12-ft fall hazard.       The LOREDO FLAT SURFACE CONCRETE, INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1353330, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/30/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 461 SW Kestor Drive, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34953.
