29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  On or about January 18, 2022, at a new residential construction located at 2448 SW Alterra St. Port Saint Lucie, FL, 34953, employees were exposed to approximately an 8-foot fall hazard while installing trusses without using any means of conventional fall protection system.  The Loredo Flat Surface Concrete Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1403317, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/14/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 120 S. Pine Island Rd, Fort Lauderdale. FL. 33313.
