29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and/or the fork-lift was moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: (a) 1170 Pulaski Highway, Burger King, Bear, DE: On or about November 29, 2018, the employer did not ensure the work platform (stacked plywood) used to elevate employees on the forks of a JLG Telehandler was attached to the forks. Employees were engaged in commercial construction activities while standing on a stack of unsecured plywood elevated to a height of approximately 10 feet above grade.
