Condition observed on or about 04/17/19. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- 14 & 16 Buttell Avenue, Lakewood NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 6 feet to the surface below, when walking/working from a residential structure's unprotected window opening without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 04/17/19. Rosen General Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1360120, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/08/19, with respect to a workplace located at St. Joseph's Age-Restricted Community, New Falls Road, Fairless Hills PA. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
