29 CFR 1910.178(n)(11): Dockboard(s) or bridgeplate(s) were not properly secured before they were driven over: a) On or about January 11, 2019 the employer did not ensure employees were securing the dock leveler on east dock prior to driving over to load a Conestoga type semi-trailer. An employee was injured due to the powered industrial truck being parked on the dock leveler while securing it.
