29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier, signal word, hazard statement(s), pictogram(s), precautionary statement(s) and name, address, and telephone number of the chemical manufacturer, importer, or other responsible party. a) On or about February 21, 2020, the employer failed to ensure that containers were properly labeled with the identity of the chemical. Four fifty-five gallon barrels of isopropanol in the mold finishing area were not labeled properly.
