29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) The employer fails to ensure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about February 6, 2019: When three employees of ARCI, LTD are installing roof shingles at a height of 10-feet 5-inches and a roof pitch of about 5:12 without guardrail system, safety net, or personal fall arrest system, nor provided with an alternative fall protection measure and are exposed to a 10-feet 5-inches fall hazard. ARCI, Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256378, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 19, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 710 N Lemon Ave. Sarasota, FL 34236. ARCI, Ltd. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1072564, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 15503 Vance Jackson San Antonio, TX 78249.
