29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 01/27/2021, at building 1 - employees conducting roofing work from a 3:12 roof were exposed to a 9 foot 6 inch fall hazard from the edge of the roof to the ground, in that, they were working without fall protection. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): In the alternative, Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system: In the alternative, on or about 01/27/2021, at building 1 - employees conducting roofing work from a 3:12 roof were exposed to a 9 foot 6 inch fall hazard from the edge of the roof to the ground, in that, they were working without fall protection.
