29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels is not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor are employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a) The employer, Ayala Construction LLC, does not ensure that employees working from heights are protected from fall hazards.  This violation was most recently observed on Feb 26, 2019 at Landis Ave & 63rd St., Sea Isle City, NJ.  Employees were installing sheathing on the roof of a three story two family townhouse style residential structure.  The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards greater than 25 feet to the ground below.       Ayala Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 135671, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/19/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 239 George St., New Brunswick, NJ.      Ayala Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1128290, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/08/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Brentwood Place, Monroe Township, NJ.
