29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Building 3 Kramer Court, Florence NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 21 feet to the ground surface below, when walking/working from a residential structure's pitched roof without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 08/26/19. Ayala Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this Occupational Safety & Health Standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1357671, Citation Number 1, Item Number 2 and was confirmed as a final order on 03/19/19, with respect to a workplace located at 239 George Street, New Brunswick NJ.
