GRINDING ROOM: On or about and at times prior to March 5, 2019, a flexible cord used to energize the off-hand grinders and pedestal fan in the grinding room was plugged into an outlet in the main shop. The cord was run under an overhead door, strung over building structures, and extended across the floor to get to the work bench where grinding was done.
