An orange and black extension cord used to power the computer equipment was strung across the walkway. Employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards.

29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  Warehouse: Compressed gas cylinders were used for the facility's beverage systems. The cylinders were not stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965:  a) The carbon dioxide cylinders were stored on the ground and were unsecured from displacement.  b) The nitrogen cylinders were unsecured from displacement and did not have protective caps on the valves.  Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.

Laundry Facility: Employees perform various laundry operations, such as sorting and loading the washing machines. A secondary container of "Oxy Citrus" was identified on the floor without any product information regarding the hazards of the chemical. Employees were exposed to irritation hazards.
