29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: Section 3.3.1 of the CGA Pamphlet P-1-1965 refers to storing cylinders in accordance with CGA and NFPA standards. The CGA Pamphlet P-1-1991 Section 3.7.4.1 states that "All compressed gas cylinders in service or in storage shall be secured to prevent from falling." On and/or before November 2, 2023, two compressed cylinders that held nitrogen and one that held acetylene were upright and unsecured from displacement. In the following locations: b) Plumbers cage of Maintenance warehouse. Employee(s) were potentially exposed to struck-by hazard(s). Soboba Casino Resort was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.101(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1384379, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 22777 Soboba Road San Jacinto, CA 92583.
