This condition leads to inaccurate reporting of injuries and illnesses.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times. Third floor, maintenance shop area; on or about 13 March 2019 and times prior thereto, the emergency exit light was inoperative. This condition exposed employees to delays in exiting the building and smoke inhalation, fire, and tripping hazards.
