29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employee(s) were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket, were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket, or were using planks, ladders, or other devices for a work position: On or about 04/11/2019, an employee working for ACME Erectors was exposed to a fall hazard while working on a commercial site located at 1499 Cottleville Parkway, Cottleville, MO. The employee was working while sitting on the outside of the top rail of the JLG aerial lift.
