At the residential construction site located at 4072 NE Chapel Manor Drive in Lees Summit, Missouri: Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Framers were observed installing wood materials and working at height. Framers were exposed to a fall distance of greater than 10 feet eave to ground without use of fall protection.
