29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form:    (a) Dent Wizard International at 3155 North Chambers Road, Unit F in Aurora CO 80011:  On or before June 11, 2019 the employer did not conduct employee exposure monitoring to determine volatile organic chemical (VOC) levels during paint spraying operations.  The employer provided half mask respirators with VOC cartridges but did not determine if the level of respiratory protection is effective to prevent overexposures to VOCs.  This condition exposed employees to respiratory hazards.
