29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:   (a) Rooster Construction LLC. at 798 Willow Oak St, Brighton, CO 80601: On and before June 18, 2019, the exposing employer did not ensure that three employees were wearing eye protection when pneumatic nail guns were used for framing operations at a residential home. This condition exposed employees' eyes to struck-by hazards from nails.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) Rooster Construction LLC. at 798 Willow Oak St, Brighton, CO 80601: On and before June 18, 2019, the exposing employer did not ensure that the owner was protected from injury, in that the owner was conducting framing work on the second story of a residential home but was not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the owner to a fall of approximately 11 feet 11 inches.  (b) Rooster Construction LLC. at 798 Willow Oak St, Brighton, CO 80601: On and before June 19, 2019, the exposing employer did not ensure that an employee was protected from injury, in that an employee was conducting framing work on the second story of a residential home but was not utilizing a fall protection system. 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  (a) Rooster Construction LLC. at 798 Willow Oak St, Brighton, CO 80601: On and before June 18, 2019, the exposing employer did not ensure that the owner was protected from injury, in that employees were not effectively trained to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. The owner was conducting framing work on the second floor of a residential home but was not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the owner to a fall of approximately 11 feet 11 inches.
