This condition exposed employees' eyes to struck-by hazards from nails.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Rooster Construction LLC. at 798 Willow Oak St, Brighton, CO 80601: On and before June 18, 2019, the exposing employer did not ensure that the owner was protected from injury, in that the owner was conducting framing work on the second story of a residential home but was not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the owner to a fall of approximately 11 feet 11 inches. (b) Rooster Construction LLC. at 798 Willow Oak St, Brighton, CO 80601: On and before June 19, 2019, the exposing employer did not ensure that an employee was protected from injury, in that an employee was conducting framing work on the second story of a residential home but was not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 11 feet 11 inches.
